The 1:100th Wonder

An oddity of the multiverse, Segovia is a world where everything exists at a relative miniature scale compared to almost any other plane. At around 1:100th the size of an ordinary plane, the largest creature on Segovia, the Segovian Leviathan, is about the size of a standard elephant on Dominaria. Planeswalkers who visit find themselves automatically shrunken down to match the stature of the plane, lest they trample entire cities underfoot. Segovian culture is not well documented, though the citizens of the plane are known to partake in chariot races in stadiums called Hippodromes.
